The comfortable lifestyle of a whimsical Calgary couple is shattered when Sarah’s breast cancer unexpectedly returns and begins spreading to her brain. Unlike early stages of breast cancer, metastatic breast cancer (or stage 4) cannot currently be cured by surgery.
